Blogs sell well

Not only is there a marketplace for blogs, they sell well. Young blogs are being auctioned on specialized websites, and ‘web estate agents’ are buying them at more than a tenfold price.
Each month, about 400 blogs are put up for sale on the SitePoint Marketplace, at a flat fee of $20 per listing.
Frank Barnako, from MarketWatch, reports on how blogs’ marketability has soared in the past year.
“A year ago, a blog might sell for 10-20 times monthly sales. A blog in a hot category -- like directories, mobile telephones, celebrity gossip or video sharing -- will sell for more than a 100 times that. Vshare.com, (...) sort of a YouTube-clone was started a year ago and sold within seven months for $30,000,” wrote Barnako.
Web estate scouts buy a promising blog, then through search optimization and marketing, boost its value within months. They then take advantage of increased ad revenue, or sell them back.
As blogs increase their readerships, economic importance, and influence, newspapers must take advantage of an accessible technology that is becoming increasingly popular. If web entrepreneurs can increase the value of a blog a hundred times, so can newspapers, which have the databases and resources to optimize online content.

I was contacted by a girl using screen names jobelle the sexy, and ph beauty 69, she is a scammer, and I fell for it, luckily I only lost 130.00, but I am sure there are more than I, and she is still at it. Her real name is Virginia Conception, and she is from balut-tondo Manila. Anything you can do to prevent her from scamming others, I am sure they would appreciate it. she also tries to sell you naked pics of herself, or propositions you to visit her for sex. Why does this kind of thing happen in P.I.?
OMG! My husband fell for those scammers from Phillipines! I know what he did is called cheating, even if it was only online, but they are no better than him. That same girl, Jobelle The Sexy, was one of the many that tried desperately to contact him and kept asking for money. Others are April Rose Ong, also known as KenyaBaby. They all are in a website called Filipinaheart.com
