Canada: Newspaper group to focus on multimedia

Sun Media, Canada's largest chain of community newspapers and tabloids and part of the Quebecor media group, announced that it is repositioning itself to become a provider of multimedia content. The plan includes cutting 120 positions of 7,000, investing 7 million Canadian dollars to improve content and opening new offices in North America.
