Ukraine: Dutch group De Telegraaf starts joint-venture with Kiev Post

Dutch Group De Telegraaf (De Telegraaf, Spits, Autovisie,FHM ...) has started a joint-venture with Kiev Post group (KPG) in Ukraine. The two publishers want to start a company (70% de Telegraaf and 30% KPG) to launch 6 consumer magazines within the next two years. This strategy is a consequence of the legal restriction to developing more business in the Netherlands. De Telegraaf wants to generate 5-10% turnover outside the country.
