Supporters of press freedom are growing more vocal in Pakistan, where a
Rural Media Network Web site has launched to defend freedom of expression and support journalists in the country’s rural areas.

Periodistas 21 remarks that "Big Brother, the leader TV reality show in Spain, is promoting the Constitution with a test based in the EU Constitution: contestants have to learn several points of the text and after they have to explain it to another foreign contestant." Furthermore, Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero is trying to seek support of Real Madrid's soccer stars. Periodistas 21 said, "The administration is looking for an active support of the media and the press with news, analysis and free ads in papers, radio, TV and other media."
