East Africa: New press freedom website launched

South Africa's Media Institute has launched a web site devoted to press freedom in East Africa.
EastAfricaPress.com reports the latest news on free expression violations, hosts a journalist forum, and provides information about the East African Editors Forum and other top stories in media news.
The site is edited by Ugandan and Rwandan journalists, Ssemujju Ibrahim Nganda and Eleneus Akanga.
