European Commission launch Lorenzo Natali Prize: open to all journalistic media

lorenzo_prize.jpgWorld Association of Newspapers (WAN) and Reporters Without Borders are working with The European Commission this year to organize the 16th edition of the Lorenzo Natali Prize, which is awarded to journalists defending human rights, democracy and freedom of speech.

Journalists using any of the 21st century media: radio, television, written press, and the Internet, can enter up to June 30, 2008. Prizes will be awarded in November in Strasbourg.
