Spain: online-only El Imparcial launches

Not much info, but a new online-only news site dubbed El Imparcial has been launched in Spain.
El Imparcial was an old 19th century newspaper, now brought back to life on the Web by Luis Maria Anson, former editor of ABC and President of El Imparcial.
The editor of the news site is José Varela Ortega.
