US: Minnpost.com to launch Nov. 8

MinnPost.com, the non-profit, online-only news publication led by former Star Tribune publisher and editor Joel Kramer, is set to launch on Nov. 8.
In addition to $1.1 million in funding by previously announced donors, MinnPost.com has collected an additional $107,000 from 220 donors.
The new venture has signed on more than 50 journalists from the Twin Cities.
