France: After Bild scraps, Pourquery back to Libération

Didier Pourquery, former head of Metro France’s newsroom, will be appointed as deputy editor-in-chief of Libération on 20 Aug.
Pourquery, who has worked for the paper previously, had been working on Axel Springer’s – aborted – project to launch a French version of Bild.
