Court in Canada strengthens freedom of the press, but should the press bear the cost?
A decision by Justice Scott Brooker in Canada to allow the media to attend the first week of the murder trial of a Medicine Hat teen, agreeing with lawyers of several media outlets that restricting media coverage was not necessary, raises the question: who should pay to keep the public informed about the justice system, the media or the government?
Justice Scott Brooker decided that instead of banning media completely from the proceedings, he would restrict publication of coverage until after jurors had reached a verdict, thereby avoiding the prospect of jurors being tainted by the media.
Justice Scott Brooker said that an automatic ban: “leads to the potential for public speculation, misunderstanding and mistrust of the justice system.”
This decision to increase press freedom, however, came after media companies paid for lawyers to challenge the media ban, which raises the question, should the media have to pay for press freedom? Or should this fall on the plate of the government?
But there is more to this issue than paying for a right – freedom of the press – which is constitutionally guaranteed; when the press provides a service to the public, as Justice Scott Brooker mentions: “The media, albeit a private and often for-profit enterprise, is the public's eyes and ears to the formal justice system…The public depends upon the media for information about the court process,” how much should they have to pay to provide this service? Should they receive support?

I request your honor to think on the following requests;
(1) We should support to all Agricultural Farmers as they have surrendered / given their whole life for food to everybody. We should also support to Scientists as they always think for better / best life to the public and public enjoys the facilities.
(2) We Should teach or give ideas regularly through Competitions /Examinations / Discussions to save innocents / people from slaughtered in forests / Remote areas by a Criminal Woman / Guru. This way our children & we will able to save themselves & others and ONLY SATYUG will be there. The children will also able to tell you everything / Shastras (Eethics) and they can do / proceed for Only Satyug & Good work / No midlife deaths as education in schools / colleges are always based on good Work / truth / Satyug. Criminal woman, who misguides mainly the females towards Wrong education and convert them criminals, do for only her own benefits & Interest. A good work can be done regularly by even asking one rupee by way of Donation/contribution from anybody..
Finally, I request everybody to spare their valuable time to think, proceed and discuss with the people to come out with a concrete solution for ONLY SATYUG.
