Malaysia: New group chief editor

Michael Aeria was appointed the new group chief editor of Malaysia’s most-sold English Newspaper, The Star.
His predecessor, Datuk Wong Sulong, retired at 59.
The Star’s daily circulation runs at nearly 310 000 copies, and its Sunday edition has a circulation of 319 000.
