WAN demands freedom for Chinese journalist

The World Association of Newspapers (WAN) has asked the Chinese government to release 2007 winner of WAN’s Golden Pen of Freedom, journalist Shi Tao.
Shi is serving a 10-year sentence, charged with “leaking state secrets” after he wrote an e-mail about the state-imposed media censorship.
Shi is to receive the Golden Pen award in June 2007, during the World Newspaper Congress which will take place in Cape Town.
Another unduly imprisoned journalist, Gao Qinrong, was freed earlier this month.
WAN’s letter to Premier Wen read:
"We respectfully call on you to do everything possible to ensure that Mr Shi is immediately released from prison and that all charges against him are dropped. We urge you to take all necessary steps to ensure that in future your country fully respects international standards of freedom of expression."

Respected Sir,
I request your honor to think on the following requests;
(1) We should support to all Agricultural Farmers as they have surrendered / given their whole life for food to everybody. We should also support to Scientists as they always think for better / best life to the public and public enjoys the facilities.
(2) We Should teach or give ideas regularly through Competitions /Examinations / Discussions to save innocents / people from slaughtered in forests / Remote areas by a Criminal Woman / Guru. This way our children & we will able to save themselves & others and ONLY SATYUG will be there. The children will also able to tell you everything / Shastras (Eethics) and they can do / proceed for Only Satyug & Good work / No midlife deaths as education in schools / colleges are always based on good Work / truth / Satyug. Criminal woman, who misguides mainly the females towards Wrong education and convert them criminals, do for only her own benefits & Interest. A good work can be done regularly by even asking one rupee by way of Donation/contribution from anybody..
Finally, I request everybody to spare their valuable time to think, proceed and discuss with the people to come out with a concrete solution for ONLY SATYUG.
