Hispanic newspaper, Viva Carolina was launched in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 4, 2008.
The paper will be published monthly and will provide bilingual information such as local news and information on events as well as information on healthcare and education.
Viva Carolina will be distributed in more than 200 locations around Charlotte.
