expressmasthead.jpgWeekly local paper the Wakefield Express announces that it will be publishing an ecological edition that will include regular news content and a number of environmental articles. A part of the website was also developed to feature all the environmental content from the newspaper, reporter Lindsay Pantry's green blog and informative material about the environment.
The usual blue masthead and page colouring will be "eco-green", reports Hold The Front Page. An Express cloth bag was created for readers to use "for life," and will be given for free in exchange for coupons printed in the "pre-eco" issue and the eco issue.

"Hopefully the features and eco challenges will give our readers food for thought in regards to the everyday life decisions they take, and the impact those have on our local and global environments," said editor Mark Bradley.
