India: Hueiyen Lanpao launches an English edition and one for Meitei community

Daily regional Indian newspaper Hueiyen Lanpao announces the launch of a Meitei Mayek edition in Manipur capital Imphal, aimed towards the country's Meitei community, as well as a new English edition.
In total, the Manipur region, which is home to a Meitei majority, has four English-language dailies including The Sangai Express, Manipur Mail and The Imphal Free Press. All of the dailies, aside from Manipur Mail, are printed in multi-colour.
