US: USA Today debuts quarterly lifestyle magazine

USA Today has launched a new glossy lifestyle magazine, OpenAir, which contains content such as workout tips, athletic gear recommendations, and travel destination reviews. The first edition is slated for release on March 7th.The magazine, to be helmed by USA Weekend editor Jack Curry, will publish quarterly in Friday sections of USA Today, which has an average two million plus Friday circulation.
Frequency is planned to increase to 10 times yearly in 2009, reports MinOnline.
