UK: Quality dailies circulation down in May compared to last year

Posted by Ben Thalman on June 8, 2007 at 2:08 PM

After the redesign of the Financial Times in April, the paper realized a 1,500, or 0.36%, rise in circulation year-on-year in May, according to the Audit Bureau of Circulations. This figure is more impressive when one considers that the Times and the Independent fell by 4%, and the Guardian fell by 2.47% over the same period.

However, compared to April, sales of the Guardian in May rose 1.42%, and the Times increased by 1.21%.
