Netherlands: Redesigned Saturday edition, new supplement for De Telegraff

On March 31, Dutch daily newspaper De Telegraff issued its first revamped Saturday edition, adding more news to the front section and changing the TV listing format.

Now, the first section contains four pages of news followed by the expanded (to one and a half pages) car section, Autotelegraaf. The financial page OverGeld and the popular science page round out the section.

De Telegraff cut TV Weekeinde, a TV guide supplement usually appearing on Saturdays, in favor of specific radio and TV pages in the paper.

The made-over edition also contains a new women’s supplement, Vrouw.
