Philippines: New freesheet in circulation

Manila has received its second freesheet, the Manila Standard Today. The tabloid is distributed in train stations throughout the capital city with plans to spread to distribution to airports, ferry terminals, bus stations, and toll road entry and exit points. The paper is in competition with Inquirer Libre, which was started in 2001.
