Paper to start in Dubai, Abu Dhabi

A new daily newspaper called The Arabian Business Standard will launch in Dubai and Abu Dhabi this autumn, according to the Press Gazette. Frank Kane, former business editor of the Observer, will edit the English-language paper. Circulation could spread to other countries in the Middle East, including Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
