According to Ted Anthony of The Associated Press, the AP launched its newest project asap as a multimedia venture, hoping to attract the ever elusive 18-to-34-year-old audience. The project has since evolved into what Anthony calls “a premium multimedia service of the Associated Press,” and its staff strives to present original and alternative forms of storytelling while maintaining the quality and integrity of the AP.
