Belgium: Google loses first appeal

Brussel tribunal rejected on Friday Google’s appeal against the court’s order to post the 5 September ruling on its Belgian sites. On Saturday morning, Google complied with the court sentence, and published the decision on the sites google.be and news.google.be. The Internet company is to appeal the entire 5 September ruling on November 24.
