Reuters to include citizens in the "news conversation"

Media Guardian announces that the London-based news agency Reuters has formed a partnership with the international blogging network Global Voices. "We need to open our website to other voices," said Dean Wright, Reuters' global managing editor for consumer services. "There are a lot of conversations going on around news these days and we want to tap into that."

Both Wright and Global Voices co-founder Rebecca MacKinnon will be participating at the We Media Global Forum in London from May 3-4.
