The Online News Association, an organization for digital journalists has redesigned its website, Journalists.org. According to Editor & Publisher, the site seeks to connect online media worldwide.
The redesigned site has several new features including a way in which members can connect by region and area of interest through chats and discussion groups, a training section and tips on multimedia storytelling.
According to ONA President Jon Dube, also vice president of ABCNews.com, "the site is the first step to giving ONA's nearly 1,800 members -- leading-edge journalists from around the world -- new ways to share ideas, content, technology and news."
Dube also noted that "during 2009, we'll continually build out the site to help our members learn how to find and use the latest industry tools available."
