Guardian.co.uk is showcasing some of the 350 pictures featured in Reuters: Our World Now, a book of the best news photographs in 2007. It is now available for £10.

A thought: why not just link directly to the Guardian post, rather than break well-established norms of linking to content by lifting the images and captions, as you have?
