piclens_logo.pngPicLens is a plug-in that transforms browsers such as Firefox into "a 3D environment where you can search, drag, and zoom around thousands of images and videos across the web," according to Alec Jeong from Cooliris, the company that developed PicLens.

Journalist can use this plug-in to search and view thousands of online photos and videos instantly instead of browsing and clicking through web pages and search engines.
