Vodafone signs on with Nokia Ovi
The handsets will combine Vodafone services with Nokia’s Ovi services on a range of Nokia handsets. Some of these handsets will be exclusive to Vodafone.
The handsets will be 3G, which allows for better Internet services and browsing and includes one-click Internet browsing. This decision follows the announcement from Google of its new software that will be used to power and enhance the use of the web on mobile phones.
This seems to be the right decision for Vodafone and others who will use the Google service because they offer a wide range of options and services to customers, something that has become more and more important.
With companies so geared toward improving Internet services on mobile phones, it seems as though they hold the future of web browsing. People will not only be using computers to get their news, it will be available on a cell phone, anywhere, anytime.
