Last month, the Spanish daily El Pais launched a Website aimed at the younger crowd that integrates text, Internet and mobile. The Website, called EP3 (El Pais 3) was created with Flash technology and is loaded with color and topics pertinent to the lives of those 18 years old and up. Categories include cinema, music, sex and vacations with features such as photo galleries and question and answer sessions with specialists. It may not exactly be the type of journalism that El Pais usually produces, but it may be a useful tool in attracting those evasive young readers.
