Singapore: Shin Min Daily News gets a fresh new look
Following the successful introduction of four new colour pages in September 2002, SHIN MIN, the Chinese Evening Daily News in Singapore has undergone a complete makeover. The revamped version hits the streets March 18, giving readers full colour in all its news pages and additional special feature columns. Mr Toh Lam Huat, Editor of the Daily News established in 1967, which has a daily circulation of about 125,000, said: “The revamped Shin Min will be even more reader-friendly and revelant to readers, as it aims to give them a more interesting and stimulating read, with more visual elements and also a snazzier style of writing.”
