Metro UK, the daily free newspaper, unveiled a new look on Monday which includes a new masthead. This Guardian newspaper reported last week that the newspaper would undergo a redesign.

The new masthead is in a darker blue (please see the redesigned version left) and features "teasers" underneath. The front page also includes more colour, this can be seen in the new "news column" down the left-hand side. The date has also been moved from under the title to the right-hand side.
