Jyllands Posten, the Danish newspaper responsible for the publication of 12 cartoons of the Muslim prophet Mohammed, may publish cartoons satirising the Holocaust reports the Guardian. Fleeming Rose, culture editor of the paper confirmed that he was attempting to contact Iranian paper Hamshari, which has initiated a competition calling for cartoons of the holocaust. He announced: "My newspaper is trying to establish a contact with the Iranian newspaper, and we would run the cartoons the same day as they publish them.” Mr. Flemming asserted that he did not regret publishing the Mohammed cartoons last September.
