In response to a complaint of libel on Wikipedia, founder of the free online encyclopedia that anyone can contribute to and edit, announced that users will heneforth be asked to register before being allowed to create an article. Registration time takes 15-20 seconds and does not require an email address. Still, in maintaining some of its original spirit, users will not have to register before editing an already posted article.
