From Publicitas: "The Board of Directors of Tamedia AG (Tages-Anzeiger among others) approved the launch of the successful commuter paper 20 Minuten in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Both regional editions of 20 minutes in Geneva and Lausanne will start in March 2006.
With the launch in the French-speaking part the first daily newspaper will cross the language borders in Switzerland. The paper will then be published in Basel, Berne, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, St. Gall and Zürich. It targets young, urban readers with spending power and will be distributed through the usual channels.
