Traditional usage of newspapers for employment opportunities has been outpaced by the internet this year, as more online users sought jobs instead of going to newspaper websites.

73% of people used the internet this year to find a job while only 65% used the newspaper. According to The Conference Board, the recent percentage shows a reversal from 2 years earlier. In 2005 The Conference Board found 75% of people used the newspaper to find jobs opposed to 66% that used the internet.
