Three of the five winners print in tabloid format documenting a trend towards the tabloid design.

I read something in the Brief section on10 25 05 LA Times that San Bernardino’s Sheriff Penrod’s wife, won a $3 million law suite against a little newspaper in Hespria, CA, High Desert area.
I’m writing to know if Penrod’s wife is still operating the counseling services that won her the $3 million and the government contract to counsel (protect dirty deputies) sheriff deputies?
I think it would be a conflict of interest.
I’m writing this to ask other newspapers to help stop the government from pushing the little newspapers out of business.
